Cookie Policy
Effective date: 24 October 2026
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on synergetic.dev, their purposes, and the choices available to visitors worldwide.
Privacy Policy · Terms & Conditions
1. Who is responsible
Synergetic SAS BIC, NIT 900309110-5, Cra 70 #112-79, Bogotá D.C, Colombia, is responsible for this website. Contact legal@synergetic.dev or +57 300 5047236 for cookie and privacy questions.
2. What these technologies do
Cookies are small records a website stores in your browser. Session cookies expire when the session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or until you remove them. Similar browser storage and third-party network requests can also support website features or record interactions.
These technologies can involve identifiers, IP addresses, device/browser details, visited pages, and interactions. Where they involve personal data, our Privacy Policy explains purposes, recipients, international processing, retention, security, and your rights. A cookie is not exempt from privacy law simply because it contains an identifier rather than a name.
3. Categories and purposes
Essential functions: the cookies needed for requested functions such as consent choices and authenticated access. Shopping, payment, fraud protection, and security features can also require storage when you use them. Whether a particular technology is necessary depends on its actual purpose; an administrative category alone does not make optional tracking necessary.
Preferences: WordPress stores interface settings for account users. These are distinct from promotional tracking and are generally relevant to signed-in users rather than every public visitor.
Optional marketing: the current consent inventory includes MailPoet subscriber-identification and page-engagement cookies. These help associate newsletter engagement with subscribers. They are not needed simply to read public pages. Optional analytics, media, or other categories appear in the consent panel when configured services in those categories are present.
4. Current cookie inventory
The following inventory reflects the Must-Have Cookie records reviewed on 24 October 2026. The * character represents a variable identifier. A listed cookie is not necessarily set on every visit. Expiry can change with software versions, settings, consent, and your browser; the expiry stored on your device is the exact value for that instance.
| Cookie | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| mhcookie | Synergetic / Must-Have Cookie | Essential | Remembers consent choices | 7 days (configured consent validity) |
| wordpress_logged_in_* | Synergetic / WordPress | Essential when signed in | Maintains authenticated account access | Session; up to 14 days with Remember Me |
| wp-settings-* | Synergetic / WordPress | Account preferences | Remembers user interface preferences | Up to 1 year |
| wp-settings-time-* | Synergetic / WordPress | Account preferences | Records when user preferences were set | Up to 1 year |
| mailpoet_subscriber | Synergetic / MailPoet | Optional marketing | Identifies a subscriber for newsletter-related features | Provider-defined persistent expiry; view or remove in browser storage |
| mailpoet_page_view | Synergetic / MailPoet | Optional marketing | Records subscriber page engagement | Provider-defined persistent expiry; view or remove in browser storage |
MailPoet explains its subscriber and engagement cookies in its cookie documentation. Where our inventory does not record a reliable fixed lifetime, we identify the persistence rather than state an unverified number. You can inspect and delete those cookies in your browser.
The inventory is a snapshot, not a promise that only these six names can ever be used. Checkout and other features may introduce additional necessary storage. Third-party payment pages and external websites maintain their own inventories and notices. Use Privacy Settings for the current services classified in the consent panel.
5. Choose, reject, or change optional cookies
Must-Have Cookie supplies our consent controls. Choose Accept Required Only to reject optional categories, Accept All to allow the categories shown, or select individual options and choose Save Preferences. Reopen the panel using the Privacy Settings control or the button below.
Review or change cookie preferencesWhere consent is legally required, optional tracking must wait for the relevant permission. Reading this notice, scrolling, or using public pages is not blanket consent. You may withdraw permission as easily as you give it; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it.
Your saved consent is configured to remain valid for seven days. Clearing browser storage, using another browser/device, a changed service configuration, or expiry can cause a new request. Browser settings can block or delete cookies independently of this panel. Blocking necessary storage can interrupt account access, a shopping session, or payment functions.
6. External services and international visitors
PayPal and Mercado Pago may set storage on their payment interfaces and process payment data under their own notices. See PayPal and Mercado Pago. Linked websites and embedded services can use their own technologies; access to them does not authorize unrelated Synergetic marketing.
We operate from Colombia. Personal-data processing through cookies is subject to Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing rules where applicable. Additional consent and privacy rights under laws applicable to an international visitor are preserved. The Privacy Policy explains authorization, cross-border safeguards, consultations and complaints, and how to contact the SIC or another competent authority.
7. Updates and contact
We update this page when purposes, technologies, or choices materially change and display the revised effective date. New processing requiring permission must obtain that permission before it begins. Contact legal@synergetic.dev if a cookie is unexpected or you need help exercising a privacy right.
