No. Services are standalone one-time purchases. That said, many clients move to a Care Plan after a project because the ongoing monitoring is worth it.
SEO audits: 5–7 business days. Malware removal: 1–2 business days after access is granted. Emergency diagnostic: within 24 hours.
We document it and quote the additional scope. We don’t start work you didn’t buy.
SEO audits can be done on any CMS. Malware removal and emergency diagnostics are WordPress-only.
Typically: WP admin, SFTP or cPanel, and your hosting login for malware/emergency work. SEO audits need only the URL.
Completed work is not refundable. If we can’t start the work (e.g., you didn’t have the required access or it was a duplicate order), we’ll refund in full.
